Caleb is a pioneer in the legal staffing, e-discovery and managed review space. In 1997 he co-founded LegalSource, one of the first staffing agencies focused exclusively on document review. In 2006 they expanded LegalSource's breadth of services establishing AdamsGrayson, a managed review and e-discovery consultancy. In 2012, after 15 years as president of one of the most innovative boutique discovery companies, Caleb led the process that resulted in a sale to Huron Consulting.
Caleb received a JD from Syracuse University and a BS from the College of Charleston where he was a Shottland Leadership Award winner and a member of the Varsity Sailing Team.
Nick Baughan is the managing member of Marks Baughan, a boutique investment bank serving high-growth technology companies. Prior to co-founding Marks Baughan in 2003, Mr. Baughan was a senior member of the Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group where he had global responsibility for the firm’s Technology Services investment banking effort, based in Palo Alto and NYC.
Mr. Baughan received a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Kevin Parker is a co-founder and senior operating principal at Bridge Growth Partners, LLC. , a structured growth-oriented private equity firm that focuses on investments in the technology and financial services sectors. Mr. Parker is expected to serve as the Chairman of the Board for the soon-to-be formed company comprised of the Citrix “GoTo” product line. Mr. Parker also serves on the boards of Cvent, Salient CRGT, Intermedia, Aptos Retail, and is Chairman of the Board at HireVue.
Prior to his current roles, Mr. Parker spent more than 20 years as a top executive in software and services companies. As President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Deltek, he helped the company become a leading provider of superior enterprise software, information solutions and consulting services to leading businesses worldwide. He also served as PeopleSoft's CFO from October 2000 to December 2004, and was named co-president of PeopleSoft in October 2004. During his time at PeopleSoft, he was responsible for internal operations, as well as worldwide finance and accounting functions, including administration, human resources, legal, facilities and IT. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Clarkson University, where he received his B.S. degree in accounting.
Brian previously founded SNAPin Software, which was sold to Nuance for $200 million. Prior to SNAPin, Brian founded Action Engine, for which he was named a Computerworld Smithsonian laureate. He began attending the University of Southern California at the age of 15, and later was mentored by William Lear, the creator of the Lear Jet.
